Should you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at 01274 29 8484 or via email to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Kindly provide a brief explanation for the return. Unless otherwise agreed, all components of the item must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased to receive credit or a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure proper packaging for the return shipment. If the item is damaged during return due to inadequate packaging, you may be held responsible for any damages incurred.

Please note that all items returned for reasons other than receiving the wrong item or a defective product, including issues related to delivery or items found to be non-defective upon return, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We offer a 90-day return window for both new and buyer's remorse returns, subject to the 20% restocking fee. Both used and new items that are defective are eligible for a full 100% refund.
